Joffe & Associés is pleased to announce the appointment of Marie-Alix Mallet as Counsel in the firm’s Public Law department.
Marie-Alix Mallet holds a Master II in Public Economic Law from the University of Paris-Panthéon Assas as well as a specialised Master in International Business Law and Management from ESSEC. She joined Joffe & Associés in 2018.
She advises both public and private entities on all public law issues, both as counsel and in litigation. She advises on regulatory matters (railways, telecommunications, energy), contracts (awarding and performance) and litigation (before all courts).

The appointment is effective from 1 January 2024.
