After working for a year and a half in Luxembourg at Arendt & Medernach, Antoine joined Joffe & Associés to join the corporate team and the investment fund structuring team headed by Olivier Dumas, in 2024.
He specializes in corporate/company law, and assists clients in the fields of private equity and mergers & acquisitions.
He works for clients such as asset managers, assisting them with the structuring of investment vehicles, whether regulated or not, and then on private equity transactions for these funds wishing to invest in unlisted companies.
He has a dual specialization, in the sense that he works on cross-functional M&A files to support investment funds in their acquisition operations, as well as on all aspects of financial regulation.
