Graduate of the Master’s degree (Master II) in Arbitration and International Business Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as the University Diploma from the “Collège Supérieur de Droit” at the University of Toulouse I Capitole, Clémence joined the firm in 2023.

 

She advises and assists the firm’s clients in complex commercial and financial disputes (commercial contracts, unfair competition, liability, etc.) as well as in corporate litigation (shareholder conflicts, dismissal and liability of corporate officers, disputes related to or arising from acquisitions and corporate restructurings, etc.).

 

Clémence is also involved in restructuring matters, working alongside distressed companies or groups, creditors, or potential buyers. She supports her clients in pre-insolvency proceedings (conciliation, ad hoc mandate) as well as insolvency proceedings (safeguard, judicial reorganization, judicial liquidation).

 

Before joining Joffe & Associés, Clémence trained with both French and international law firms, as well as at the International Commercial Chamber of the Paris Court of Appeal (CCIP-CA).
