Clément Peillet advises and assists the firm’s clients on their tax issues. In addition to assisting companies with their day-to-day issues, his work focuses on tax structuring operations (mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions), as well as assisting managers with their wealth management issues.
Graduating with a Master 2 in Tax Law (University of Rennes 1), he worked for 5 years at EY Société d’Avocats before joining Joffe & Associés in March 2021.
