Marie-Camille‘s practice focuses on corporate law, she advises and assists the firm’s clients in corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions and private equity. She advises French and foreign companies.
Marie-Camille earned a Master’s degree in Business Law and Taxation (Master 1) from the University of Bordeaux, and a Master’s degree in Business Law (Master 2) from the University of Paris-Dauphine University, and joined the Ecole de Formation des Barreaux (EFB) in Paris in 2023.
Before joining Joffe & Associés in September 2024, Marie-Camille trained in different french law firms, in the legal departement of publicly-traded group and in a legaltech company.
