Marine VAUDAINE

Marine is currently undertaking a Training Contract at the firm to become a Solicitor in England and Wales. She first joined the London office of J&A in April 2022 for an internship.

She has experience in commercial and corporate law, in the context of both transactional and litigation matters.

Marine graduated Cum Laude from St. John’s University School of Law (New York) where she obtained an LL.M specialised in transnational legal practice. She is also dually specialised in English and American Law as she holds a Master 2 in English and North American Business law from University Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne and a Master 1 in Comparative Law – English Law completed at University College London (exchange in partnership with University Paris II Pantheon-Assas).
